Another Family Favorite Healthified

Any dinner out of a box is probably the worst thing you could eat! But this one time family staple has been Healthified into a non-toxic comfort food. Some of the changes I added where:

Using Organic Tinkyada Brown Rice Elbow Noodles

And buying all the other ingredients in organic versions. 

You can change up the flavor profile easily with this classic homemade Hamburger Helper recipe.  

Some options are: 



Italian Pepperoni (use Boars Head Pepperoni)

Italian Sausage
