Making a meal with whatâs in the fridgeđ±
If you have seen the previous posts You know I made the beet chicken salad for our Thursday night Purification group. So there was a little left and I decided to use it the following two days to add more protein to the Dijon Kale & Broccoli Slaw Salad. When I ran out I was wondering what I could do with the rest of the undressed salad. So I decided to stir fry itđ. I cut up a half of a onion and 2 gloves of garlic. And then basically added the salad and scrambled an egg into it. Just like that I had a brand new meal using the same ingredients. Using one meal to make a new one; Itâs a beautiful economical thingđ
Directions:
In oil stir fry half a onion and 2 cloves of garlic. Add broccoli slaw and kale. Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce and sriracha. When vegetables are cooked add 2 eggs to the middle and scramble. Toss eggs into the stir fry. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Serve and enjoy:)Â

Found the traditional Rooster Sriracha is full of chemicals. This is a better alternative.Â

Soy sauce:Â You can substitute Coconut Aminos if you are allergic to soy and wheat.Â
