Crispy Nuts

A few years ago I read the recipe of Crispy Nuts in Nourishing Traditions. However I never really loved nuts. But that has all changed after a co-worker offered me roasted pecans with Kerrygold butter and sea salt! YUM! All my brain thought was "Another way to consume more BUTTER" 😍 They were oh so tasty, an indulgent snack I knew was good for me. So I took to Pinterest to find a recipe.  Through my search I found so many variations!

Spiced Nuts

Maple Cinnamon

Lemon Thyme Almonds

Chili Lime Almonds

Rosemary Walnuts...Great WAPF info and recipes here... Mary Beth's Recipe: 2 cups of pecan 2 tbsp butter Sprinkle of salt Bake at 450 for 5-10 min depending on how you like them. I did 10 min!
