A few years ago I read the recipe of Crispy Nuts in Nourishing Traditions. However I never really loved nuts. But that has all changed after a co-worker offered me roasted pecans with Kerrygold butter and sea salt! YUM! All my brain thought was "Another way to consume more BUTTER" 😍 They were oh so tasty, an indulgent snack I knew was good for me. So I took to Pinterest to find a recipe.
