Our Favorite: Jo's Chicken
My wonderful neighbor (who I miss dearly) shared this wonderful recipe with me years ago. We renamed it Jo's chicken after her and now every time we make it (which is at least 3x a month) we remember her and her precious family! God bless all coast guard families (they touch so many lives during their service rotations)!
