LER is a technique we use to desensitize patients to various offenders, such as allergies, food, chemicals and drugs.  These offenders are common items that the body recognizes as a threat thus resulting in an heightened abormal reaction.  LER also strengthens and stabilizes a persons energy bio-field.  Dr. James L Knudsen developed this treatment technique.  You can read how he came to develop this treatment in his letter below.
